Terms and conditions

1. Service provider

2. The coding service

We offer personalized coding of Korg sets for the instrument identified by the data the customer sends. Coding aims to limit unauthorized use; it is not an absolute guarantee against copying, piracy or any other unauthorized use. Compatibility and feasibility are checked based on the set and the photo of the instrument version.

The service is independent and not affiliated with Korg.

3. Account and order data

The account is created with an email address and a password of at least 12 characters. Keep your password confidential. The customer must send correct data, complete files and a readable photo of the instrument information.

4. Rights to the files

By submitting files you confirm that you are the author of the set or hold the necessary rights and permissions. Rights to the content remain with the rights holder. You only grant us permission to process the files for the requested service. Keep a backup copy of the original set.

5. Prices and payment

The final price in RON is shown in the form before ordering and on the Stripe page before the payment is authorized. The price is fixed when the order is created. Later price changes do not affect existing orders. Payment is confirmed on the server through Stripe; simply returning to the website does not count as confirmation.

6. Performance and delivery

If clarifications are needed, we will contact you using the order details. Once finished, the coded archive is delivered to the “Coded sets” section of your account. The service covers the instrument identified in the order, not an automatic transfer to other instruments.

7. Cancellation, withdrawal and complaints

For cancellation, withdrawal, non-working files or refunds, contact us and include the order number. Requests are assessed against the stage of performance and the applicable legal rights. Accepting these terms does not mean an automatic waiver of the legal right of withdrawal and does not limit consumer remedies. Any early start of a service during the legal withdrawal period requires the consents required by law, obtained separately.

Before the commercial launch, the provider must complete its identification details, specific deadlines, the complaints procedure and address, and the conditions applicable to its service.

8. Responsible use

Uploading content without rights, malicious files and attempts to access other people's accounts or sets are prohibited. Access may be restricted in case of abuse. The customer's mandatory legal rights remain applicable.
