How to find the version on the Korg Pa1000 / Pa4X.

1. Switch the keyboard off.
2. Press and hold the MENU button.
3. While holding MENU, press the POWER button.
4. Keep holding MENU until Service Mode appears.
5. After a few seconds the screen calibration option appears.
6. Complete the calibration; the VERSION option will then appear.
7. Press the VERSION button.
8. The keyboard information will be shown on the screen.
9. Take a clear photo of the whole screen and upload it in the form.

The photo must be clear, complete and readable. Use Service Mode only for the steps in this guide and do not change any other settings.
