We process your name, email address, phone number, account identifier, orders, Korg instrument data and the files sent for coding. Passwords are stored as hashes, never in plain text. We keep contact messages, payment status and references, technical security data, your cookie preference and your chosen language. We do not store the full card number or the CVC; these are processed by Stripe.
Optionally, you can add a photo, city, country, instruments and a short bio to your profile; you can change or delete them at any time from your account.
We process the data needed to answer requests, to conclude and perform the ordered service, to manage the account and to deliver the sets. Data required for tax and legal obligations is kept on the basis of those obligations. Security measures and abuse prevention are based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. If we introduce optional processing that requires consent, we will ask for separate consent.

Data is kept for as long as needed for the service, support, legal obligations and the defense of rights. Specific retention periods for archives, accounts, messages, invoices and backups must be set and communicated by the provider before the commercial launch. You can ask for data that no longer needs to be kept to be deleted. Access to files is checked on the server at every download.
Under the law, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and you can object to certain processing. You can withdraw consent for processing based on consent. To protect your account, identity verification may be required. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) or with your competent authority. We do not use data for solely automated decisions with legal effects.
